Knassar is about to launch a new customer service plan
Knassar is very close to starting with the new customer service plan to better understand and merge with local markets. Different solutions based on the same CMS, called Ivevo, are about to be launched for our corporate clients. The fact that faster content management system installation is needed in order to reduce the timeframes that are set is realised and a solution is at hand. Knassar's programmers have worked out ways to speed up the technical process, so it is now only up to the sales team and clients to meet all the requirements, put a brief together and finish the project.
With the new meaning of building a website Knassar is putting more stress on finding out what the clients need and the speed at which a solution is produced.
